If you feel your child has a problem that affects their ability to learn and you would like to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher to discuss these concerns, please complete the form linked below. After the initial meeting, you will have the option to refer your child to the School Building Level Committee (SBLC). The SBLC is a team of administrators, teachers, special education, and other school personnel who find ways to help your child with their problems. We know that you care about your child, and we do too. Every child is unique. Every child is different. Differences are lovely, but some can cause problems in school. We are ready to help all children learn and be successful.
