Superintendent Finalists

The Assumption Parish School Board voted on the top 4 candidates in which they have invited for a second interview as they continue the process to select a Superintendent for their district. The individuals, along with their current positions, are as follows:

  • Shannon Clement, Director of Human Resources of Assumption Parish Schools in Napoleonville, LA
  • Jeremy Couvillion, Principal of Westdale Middle School in Baton Rouge, LA
  • David Gray, Principal of Union Parish Schools in Farmerville, LA
  • Leslie Jones, Dean of the College of Education of Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA

The Assumption Parish School Board will interview the finalists at a special board meeting that will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
