2025 Student of the Year Honorees Move on to Regional Competition
We are thrilled to share the exciting news that two of our District Honorees for the prestigious Student of the Year program have successfully advanced to the esteemed status of Regional Honorees. This advancement allows them to progress to the next phase of the competition, where finalists for the 2025 Student of the Year will be determined.
The honorees include Annalyse Verdin, a remarkable fifth-grade student from PPE, and Ava Blanchard, an outstanding twelfth-grade student from AHS. Both students have consistently demonstrated exceptional academic performance, leadership qualities, and a commitment to their communities, which sets them apart in this highly competitive program.
This achievement represents a historic milestone for Assumption Parish. It marks the first time in the program's history that two students have simultaneously advanced to the regional level. This accomplishment speaks volumes about the hard work, dedication, and talent present within our district.
We are immensely proud of Annalyse and Ava for their dedication and accomplishments thus far. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for their continued success as they prepare for the upcoming regional competition. We are confident they will represent our district with the utmost distinction and grace!
